Local authorities for which rowmaps currently does not have data

Each local authority in England and Wales (apart from the Inner London boroughs) is required by law to keep a definitive map of its public rights of way.
The following table has a list of each local authority for which rowmaps currently does not have data.

The KML link requires some mapping tool such as Google Earth to provide a map of the boundary.
The data in each KML file was derived from the Ordnance Survey's Boundary-Line product.
